Q: What if I'm not happy with my photos?
A: We fix it, for FREE. (Even if it wasn't our fault.)
It happens: photo day didn't go well. Maybe it was your hair, maybe a rough day, or maybe we didn't give you our very best. Maybe you took your photos somewhere else, and they didn't come out right.
It doesn't matter: we want to help. Here are a few options we can try:
Retake Policy: FREE!
Retake sessions are free! This applies even if we didn't take them the first time! Watch for retake day at your school, or visit one of our studios at any time of year for another session.
This is also a no-contest policy: any reason will do. Our only limit is that each client gets just one retake session for free; if you want more sessions (trying different hairstyles, perhaps) then you can purchase those at half price.
Photo Retouching: INCLUDED.
The photos in your gallery are just previews - they have not yet been retouched. If you are concerned about shiny skin, blemishes, dark circles under the eyes, creases and other non-permanent concerns, our artists are already planning to remove them! In fact, photo editing is already included on most products in the shopping cart.
Our retouching is done by hand, not computer, so the results are very natural. If you are looking for something extra like slimming or swapping faces from one photo to another, we can do that too - but there will be an extra cost for those choices. Look for the Enhanced Retouching product in your gallery price list.

Damaged Prints? REPAIRED.
Printed products are fully guaranteed by both our company and our professional photo lab. If your photos arrive damaged or you have any quality concerns, please contact us and we'll walk through fixing the issue. In most cases we just ask you to send a photo showing that the prints are not usable, and we will replace them at no cost.
We can even help if your prints get damaged later on. We keep your original photos on file for many years, and provide replacement products at a reduced price if something goes wrong so you can continue to enjoy your photos.
Other concerns? HANDLED.
